Terms of service

Score Studio provides data generation, labeling, training, evaluation and deployment tooling for computer-vision models. These terms govern the hosted service. Community Edition is distributed under its open-source license and is operated by the person or organization that installs it.

1 · Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account and API keys. Verified email is required for paid features. You may erase your account at any time from Settings; page; statutory bookkeeping records (invoices, ledger entries) are retained as required by law.

2 · Your data

You keep all rights to the images and annotations you upload or generate. Private datasets and models are never published, sold, or used to train shared models. Public content is served under the license you choose at publish time.

3 · Billing

Free is the evaluation plan and has no time-limited trial. Smart and Pro activate only after the monthly fee settles by card or TAO. Direct SN44 alpha payments are coming soon. Their subscriptions include managed AI capacity; fixed-price capacity packs restore it before the next renewal. Connected providers charge their account holder directly. Prices are shown before payment.

4 · Community Edition

Community Edition source is licensed under the Apache License, version 2.0. Its operator supplies hosting, storage, inference, and model weights and is responsible for provider charges, security, backups, availability, updates, and terms offered to users. Help is available through community-maintained documentation and discussions; Score Cloud support response targets do not apply. Third-party components keep their own licenses.

5 · Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to extract other customers' data or the platform' weights-security controls, no abuse of the generation quota. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6 · Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.
